All such use must include proper credit to DrACED and is subject to written approval.

Any use by commercial, surgical, pharmaceutical, medical device, or for-profit organizations, whether internal or external, requires a formal license agreement and payment of a licensing fee in advance. Use without authorization constitutes infringement and may result in legal action.

3. NO MEDICAL ADVICE
